Hycom has delivered the hydraulic system for a monopile skidding and upending tool for an European Offshore contractor. With the hydraulic upending tool the customer can store and handle 4 monopiles with a diameter up to 8,5 m.

Hycom delivered the complete drive and control system containing:
Two containerized electric-hydraulic power packs to provide hydraulic power, the hydraulic cylinders, 1500 m hydraulic and electric piping, designed in Solid Works and prefabbed in our workshop in Apeldoorn and the electric and control system: power cabinets, field sensors, field cabling, 19” HMI screen, belly box and software.
